Ingredients: Cichinda – cut into equal size, onion – one onion finely chopped, garlic – 15 garlic kalia, ginger, cumin, black pepper, coriander, garam masala, salt, cooking oil, mango powder

To make chichinda stuffing, first of all its spice will be prepared, for which take a blending jar and add half a teaspoon of coriander, black pepper, onion, ginger garlic and a little water and make a paste. Now the center of the chichinda means all its seeds. To make the masala, now you will put a pen on the gas and add oil in it when it gets warm, when the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds and onion and fry it well.

When the onion is cooked on medium heat, add turmeric and red chilli to it and mix in it. Now spices will be mixed with pulses. Now add chopped cichinda seeds and mash them in the spices and then put the masala in it, turn off the gas Leave it to be cool. If it gets cold, then start stuffing it with the help of a spoon in chicinda, now put a pen on the gas and add oil to it.

Keep in mind that to cook the chichinda, keep the gas medium as the spices have been cooked but the chichinda is not cooked, so cook it on low heat.
